WHY WE MADE THE CINCH
It started with a suitcase that wouldn't close.
A long weekend in Charleston. Five outfits laid out, three pairs of shoes, a jacket just in case. All of it staring back from a carry-on that had clearly given up. The choice was the usual one: pay $40 to check a bag, or leave half of it behind.
We tried everything — rolling instead of folding, packing cubes, leaving the second pair of shoes at home. Nothing changed what actually mattered: the suitcase was still the problem.
So we asked a different question. What if you didn't have to pack less — you just needed the bag to take up less room? Cordless, quiet, palm-sized. One touch and the week fits. Suddenly the suitcase stops being a constraint and starts being a non-issue.
The Cinch exists for that moment. It is not here to teach you to pack less. It is here so you don't have to. Bring the extra outfit. Bring all of them. The week fits.
