We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
 
 
PROCESSING TIME
 
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary slightly during periods of high demand or holidays.
 
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
 
 
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
 
Estimated delivery times after the order ships:
 
United States: 7 to 15 business days.
Canada: 10 to 20 business days.
Mexico: 10 to 20 business days.
 
Shipping times are estimates only. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control.

Luvexary works with carefully selected fulfillment partners to keep our prices accessible while maintaining product quality. This means slightly longer transit times than next-day delivery, but it is how we keep premium products affordable for every pet owner.

ORDER TRACKING
 
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can track your order anytime through the link provided in your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING COST
 
Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimum purchase required.
 
Canada and Mexico shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
 
 
SHIPPING DELAYS
 
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
 
Postal or courier service providers.
Customs inspections or clearance processes.
Weather conditions or natural events.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Major holidays or peak shopping seasons.
 
 
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
 
Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.
 
For US domestic orders, no customs duties apply.
 
 
SHIPPING ADDRESS
 
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
 
If your address needs to be corrected, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at info@luvexary.com. After processing begins, address changes may not be possible.
 
 
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
 
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Luvexary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive the package, please:
 
Check with neighbors and household members.
Look around your delivery location including porch, mailbox, and side entrance.
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Contact us at info@luvexary.com if the issue is not resolved within 48 hours.
 
 
DAMAGED PACKAGES
 
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery if possible, or accept the package and immediately photograph the damage. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@luvexary.com with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
